Rough estimate about the revised GRE score based on comparison with old GRE scores
The following data provides a rough comparison of good score for old GRE and new GRE with a detailed comparison of the same.

Low GRE score: According to old format of GRE, if you have scored less than 1100, it was considered to be a low GRE score. Similarly, according to the new format, if you have a GRE score 301 or less, it is a relatively low score. Your chances of getting top US Universities with a low GRE score of 300 or less are very less. You can apply to lower ranked US Universities or take new GRE again. Your chances of getting scholarship, fellowships or assistantships with this GRE score are very less.

Average GRE score: According to old format of GRE, if you have scored between 1100 and 1200, it was considered to be an average GRE score. Similarly, according to the new format, if you have a GRE score 308 or less up to 302, it is an average GRE score. Your chances of getting top US Universities with an average GRE score of 302 to 310 are less. Your chances of getting scholarship, fellowships or assistantships with this GRE score are also not very good.

Decent GRE score: According to old format of GRE, if you have scored between 1200 and 1330, it was considered to be a decent GRE score. Similarly, in the new format, if you have a GRE score 316 or less up to 309, it is a decent GRE score. Your chances of getting top US Universities with a decent GRE score of 309 to 316 are less, but not impossible. You might consider applying to a few top Universities.

Good GRE score: According to old format of GRE, if you have scored between 1330 and 1450, it was considered to be a good GRE score. Similarly, according to the new format of GRE, if you have a GRE score 324 or less up to 317, it is a good GRE score. Your chances of getting top US Universities with a good GRE score of 317 to 324 are high. Your chances of getting scholarship, fellowships or assistantships with this GRE score are also very good.

Excellent GRE score: According to old format of GRE, if you have scored between 1450 and 1600, it was considered to be an excellent GRE score. Similarly, according to the new format of GRE, if you have a GRE score 326 or more up to 340, it is an excellent GRE score. Your chances of getting top US Universities with an excellent GRE score of 326 to 340 are very high. Your chances of getting scholarship, fellowships or assistantships with this GRE score are also very high.
